Tim Williams

Tim is the Managing Director and a recognised expert on public Procurement in the UK and Europe. Tim has briefed Minister's, MP's and MEP's on changes in procurement law.

Alan Brown

Alan is the Technical Director and senior programme developer. He heads up the IT Team who are responsible for all hardware and software requirements, and the smooth running of the systems.

Robert Brown

Robert is the Operations Manager and a member of CIPS. With twelve years experience in developing and managing the Tenders Direct service, Robert oversees the Project Managers.

Neil Thompson

Neil is the Business Development Manager and is responsible for strategy setting, project planning, identifying new markets and enhancing the current systems on offer to our clients.

John Brown

John is one of our Business Development Executives and is the main point of contact for sales, demonstrations and training on the various systems offered by Millstream.

Laura Mackie

Laura is one of our Business Development Executives and liaises with organisations in the development of portals, and is also responsible for the delivery of workshops and seminars.

Jill Watson

Jill is the Project Manager for the eTenders and Doffin sites. With her support team, they offer expert help and guidance to both purchasers and suppliers using these national portals.

Murdo Macaulay

Murdo is the Project Manager for myTenders, and together with his team, offers support to purchasing authorities and suppliers, ensuring that tenders are published and accessed correctly.
